No. Articles and pages on this site describe regulations such as CMMC, DFARS, NIST SP 800-171 and ITAR in general terms. They are not legal advice and they do not create a client relationship. Your obligations depend on your contracts and circumstances, so read the regulation text and take legal advice where the answer matters.
No promised outcomes
Nothing on this site promises the result of an assessment, certification, authorization or audit. Those decisions belong to the assessor, the authorizing official or the government. Capital Cyber is not an Authorized C3PAO.
Engagements
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables and terms. If that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement controls.
